Damage on Delivery
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, notify our team on the spot or within 48 hours with photos — we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Returns
Ready-made items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are not returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
Warranty
All Teak Raaga solid-wood furniture carries a warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural wood characteristics (grain variation, minor seasoning movement) are not defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
