All orders are confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp before processing. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces require a 50% advance to begin crafting, with the balance payable before or upon delivery. Designs, dimensions, and finishes are confirmed in writing before production starts.
Product Representation
Solid wood is a natural material — colour and grain may vary slightly from photographs. Such variation is a hallmark of genuine wood, not a defect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
